30 Days Money Back Guarantee
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return unused products in original condition, in original packaging for a refund.Please email to firstname.lastname@example.org before sending any product back to the manufacturer.The postal address will be provided by mail after the application is submitted.You will only be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.All returns are processed within 5 business days and refund issued back to original method of payment used.
No handling fee for returns.
Refunds And Returns For Conditions
If there is an item missing, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free within the warranty period.
In the event if your product arrives defective or damaged, we will gladly replace it for you for the same exact item.
If you need to exchange it for a different item, send us an email to: email@example.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item you would like to exchange.
If we have shipped the wrong item, Artlii will need your help to return the wrong product and reimburse you for the return shipping fee when we receive it. And we will immediately send you the right item when we receive the return.
You must inspect product condition upon arrival and report any problems, within the first 30 days after receiving your order. We will not accept returns of any product more than 30 days after you receive the shipment.
Artlii Product Return Process
Step1: The customer must contact or email our support team (Email: firstname.lastname@example.org) for a return authorization prior to sending any product back to artlii.All return authorization priors will be processed within 3 business days after receiving email.
Step2: If your approved return passes our inspection, You can send the item to the address obtained from our support team.All inspections will be processed within 3 business days.
Step3: Please send us a notification after you ship the item out and you need to provide a tracking number. Once we received the item you sent and check the item is in good condition, we will exchange or give you a refund. This will be issued in 2 days.
Late Or Missing Refunds
Generally, the refund amount will reach the account within 1-8 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
