Below FAQ are some common concerns of our clients before purchasing the theme, if you have other questions, please send it to contact@artlii.com
1. Please check if there are objects around the projector blocking the vents and affecting heat dissipation. If so,
please remove it.
2. If the indoor temperature is too high, the projector fan will run louder.
3. It is recommended that there is a certain distance between the projector and people. For example, ceiling
installation.
4. Frequent cleaning of the dust filter during use will effectively reduce the noise and extend the life of the projector.
5. Please don’t worry. Normally, when the movie starts to play, people can't hear the sound of the projector.
6. However, If you observe that the noise of the projector is not a regular sound, but an abnormal sound, please
record a video and send it to us, we will send the video to our technician for further assistant.

Please try the following procedure. If the problem is still there, please let us know.
1. Please try to replace with a new power socket
2. Please unplug the power cord and reconnect it firmly
3. Please try to use the start button on the remote control to power on or use the power button on the projector
body to power on
If you still can’t turn it on, please take a video and send it to us. We will send the video to the
technicians for further suggestions.
Please also tell us your order number. After receiving the above information, we
will reply to you as soon as possible.
Please try the following procedure. If the problem is still there, please let us know.
1. Please restart the router and try to connect the projector to WIFI again
2. If the above step doesn’t work, please try to connect the projector with a mobile phone hotspot. Please tell us if it
can be connected successfully.
3. If possible, please try another WIFI. For example, WIFI in office or coffee shops.
4. If you still can't connect to the Internet, please help send a video of the operation steps and problem phenomenon
to us. We will try to give further suggestion.

Projector and Bluetooth speakers(Earphones\Soundbar) can be connected with Bluetooth. But the projector and Cell
phone/laptop cannot be connected with Bluetooth.
Projector Bluetooth is a technology transmitting Audios, but not
Videos. If you want to connect your mobile phone with projector, please go to the homepage and use the function
“iOS cast” or “Miracast”, or HDMI.

Please try the following procedures. If the problem is still there, please let us know.
1.please make sure that the Bluetooth device is in the pairing state. Please refer to the manual of the Bluetooth
device about how to turn on the pairing status of the Bluetooth device.
2.Then go to projector setup to turn on blue tooth and scan. Select the Bluetooth device in the scan results.
This problem is caused by Netflix copyright protection.
This copyright protection prohibits cellphone or Pad wireless
projection. But PC can be connected to projector by HDMI.
Hulu,Prime Video etc. may also have the same problem.
You can also connect projector with Fire Tv stick which has the Netflix, prime video, Disney +
